1. Eligibility for Refunds
You may be eligible for a refund if:
- The product you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The product was not as described on our website.
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The refund request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
Please note that perishable goods (such as food products) and items on sale or discount are non-refundable, except in cases where they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Refund Request Process
To initiate a refund:

3. Refund Approval
Once your refund request is approved, we will:

- Arrange for a return pick-up or request that you return the item to our warehouse.
4. Return Shipping
For products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect, GNFoodsBD will bear the cost of return shipping. However, for returns due to reasons other than our error (such as changing your mind), the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.
5. Refund Method
If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 7-14 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- For payments made via credit/debit card or mobile banking, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or mobile financial services (e.g., bKash, Nagad), depending on your preference.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are not eligible for refunds, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., fresh food items).
- Products that have been used, opened, or damaged by the customer.
- Items purchased during sales or discount offers.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer product exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we will be happy to replace it with the same product, subject to availability.
8. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately after placing the order. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible, and the regular refund process applies.
